Joy Nweke

Joy Nweke is an accomplished leader with over three decades of corporate experience. With an illustrious career marked by success, Ms. Nweke has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, guiding multiple organizations to new heights of prosperity and sustainability.

Ms. Nweke has served as a catalyst for positive change, steering leadership teams with strategic foresight and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She was an Executive Consultant/Head of Marketing/Sales of CSCS Digital Centre at Central Securities Clearing System Limited (CSCS) where she was responsible for repositioning the digital centre to a profitability and providing strategic direction marketing/sales operations. She also worked as General Manager Business Development at Continental Trust Bank Ltd (now UBA Plc), Ms. Nweke had a successful banking career at Zenith International Bank  Limited where she worked in various roles as General Manager, Head of Operations, Deputy Manager, and Head of Interbank Treasury. She also worked as Treasury Officer at Merchant Bank of Africa Nig. Ltd and as Accountant at Tagbo Onyekwelu & Co Chartered Accountants. 

Ms. Nweke currently serves as Executive Director at Fedora Properties and Company Limited. She is also a Board member at Sewa Capital Limited. She attended the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and is an alumna of the prestigious Lagos Business School. She holds a diploma from Universite de Langues et Lettres Grenoble, France, and a bachelor’s degree in Language (French) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka Campus. She also holds an MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Graduate School of Business Administration.
