Sola Adeeyo – Chairman

Sola Adeeyo has about four decades of board governance and corporate leadership experience. He is a distinguished figure in the corporate world, celebrated for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record, Mr. Adeeyo has served as Chairman on numerous boards, bringing unparalleled expertise and strategic insight to each role. He has served on the Boards of AXA Mansard Health Limited, Central Securities and Clearing System Plc (CSCS), AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, Protea Hotel Oakwood Park, and Astral Waters Limited. His extensive board experience has been marked by a series of triumphs, navigating organizations through dynamic market landscapes, and steering them toward sustainable growth.

Beyond his roles as Chairman, Mr. Adeeyo has held key leadership positions in various sectors, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. He was the Managing Director/CEO at Asset & Investment Limited, Director/Group Head Treasury at Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (Stanbic IBTC) and worked at Nigeria International Bank (CitiBank), Ministry of Foreign/External Affairs, and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation – Inspectorate Department. His leadership style is characterized by a focus on fostering a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability. He has successfully undertaken large real estate developments/investments. His other commercial real estate investments include hotels and apartments developments within and outside Nigeria.

Mr. Adeeyo currently serves on the Board of Ardova Plc as an Independent Director/Chairman Statutory Audit & Risk Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Sewa Capital Limited. He has a master’s degree in international relations from Northeastern University, Boston, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from State University of New York, Albany, USA.
